It has been quite some time since I last shared anything on self-improvement. For that, I apologize. It’s not that I haven’t been writing, or experimenting with ideas but I was organizing my thoughts that I know you’ll find some value in.

To be honest ,it has more to do with the fact that this topic is quite relative in my own life as it’s normal to get into situations where I silently auto -played an entire conversation throughout the day.

It was difficult initially to make myself realize that it’s absolutely normal and then slowly and gradually — change happened.

I won’t define the change as positive or negative .

Because that would be a deliberate attempt to be bias to my own emotions.And that’s never a good thing to do.Because both — certainly did matter.As this conjugation led me to change and be better .

Yes, it must be said — and I know where these changes have come from, and today I will share how this can benefit you as well.After all,we all are in unison of thoughts that we can contribute to help each other.

Today, though, it seems the creative stamina within me had helped me immensely to put this article together. To this heavenly feeling, I profoundly say “Thank You”.

When I first started to really dive into mind conversations, I was overwhelmed by the myriad of different questions to how and why this mindful thinking?Because, in that very moment ,I certainly was swimming in the sea of conversations -with oneself.

Some of them resonated with me. Some of them didn’t. One of the approaches I would like to relate that most resonated with me was, as I’m sure you all know, that of snowball effect.

The more I was talking to myself , the more I became chained to them, unable to stop the flow. When the emotions started getting stronger,the more energy and attachment started making sense. This had an adverse effect on my behavior, judgment and understanding of many little things -both positively and negatively .

The thing that I struggled with, as we all do is -How I keep the barrier between positive and negative thoughts alive ?

I needed superpower.But,well ,then the context of my imagination would become surreal.

Uh,no.I am not going there,for sure.

To this day, I’m still uncertain of how I should define what an Inner Conversation actually is. To some extent, it’s simply a phrase that describes the numerous conversations you have with yourself, and that too within consciousness, every single moment of your life.

That definition is both quite abstract , but I think it gets the meaning overhauled in a better way.

Inner Conversations , according to me ,are just simple thoughts which takes numerous forms and these conversations consciously keeps the barrier alive between your positive and negative thoughts.

However ,you should not juxtapose these thoughts as weird ,odd or keep on mentally hammering as negative and zone out.

But,simply put, deal with it.

Now the question you might ask is ,”How is that possible ?”

So to begin with-

Have you ever decoded all that information up until now, that you think long enough?

And if you did tried decoding then you certainly did reveal to yourself- sea of thoughts floating in the past,present and future dilemma of moments ,in more surreal term ,mindful dream in super -reality.

And this ,to be honest — will eventually become part of your life.

The thoughts we think the most, they are the ones that take form in that which we call “reality”.

But to be honest ,that is not any final blueprint.

Think about this for a moment-

Is your view of the world the same as it was 5, even 10 years ago?

Or your thoughts ?

Or your dreams?

Probably not.

If you were to take one of your view points from 10 years ago and look at it now, you will in all have a different perspective.

I remember when there was a time where I had a strong belief about horoscope (trust me,I was absolutely sticking to it ), that was around 7 years ago, and what I believe in now, is probably miles away from that belief system I had before.

So with the space of time ,I have changed significantly or to be said “My inner conversation has changed significantly “.

This applies to our life ,our thoughts and our perspective towards almost anything and everything.

There are so many things that can trigger the shift of thoughts, but you have that power from within to control and decontrol your mindful thoughts that can change the pattern of your living and understanding even the smallest little talk you have with yourself in your everyday life.

That’s why — an impact that can change your life is created just by you .

The only thing you need to do is-

  • Become the captain of your thoughts.
  • Don’t let the distraction overtake your current mindful thinking .

If you face a situation like –

Negative thought is on it’s peak ?What should I do ?

Then-

Don’t consider your negative thoughts as something that leads to disastrous results, but instead “think positive”,By keeping in touch with your mindful conversations.

Keep this as a reminder.Always.

Don’t let the manipulation over the crowded internet that leads you to the deliberate obsessive articles on 10 steps to get rid of negative things get hold on to you.

You are powerful enough .

The truth is ,you just need to listen to yourself .

Your definition relies on your mindfulness.

So don’t let anyone take on your mind .

As you are the master of your own thoughts.

The thoughts that you think in both it’s natural form say,negative and positive creates a balance of mindfulness in your life .

The only thing you can do is allow them to branch off into one another, equally positive and negative thoughts, let them heal and inhabit in it’s certainly most natural form.

Relax .Calm your thoughts .Meditate .Listen to your thoughts carefully . Assess the situation.Find the blockage. Release.

What I’m getting to is that is the way we think and feel about something, can easily be changed.

You have the power within you to rewrite how you see and feel about the world. It doesn’t have to take reading a 100 how to positive self-help books, or seeing a powerful image quote, or hearing a powerful talk, it can all begin now.

From you -to within you.

Remember, it’s normal to go through this self-talk every now and then, as now you are equipped to mind-shift your inner conversations to bring a change and to aim for the bigger aspects of your life.

Through the use of this article,I have made many changes and transformations in my own life. It is my hope that you will find this useful and help you in some way.
